The difference between barbed wire and razor wire.
Razor wire has very sharp edges that can rip and snag an intruder's clothing and flesh in the event that it might pass by. Therefore, it is very difficult for a person to pass through razor wire without the help of another person or special tools.
Barbed wire does not cut through flesh, it only leaves scratches on the flesh. Therefore, an intruder can easily get through this, but despite its low, barbed has a deterrent effect.
Razor wire is more durable than barbed wire. Weather conditions and some other external influences cannot easily harm or wear out razors. Barbed wire is also durable, but not as durable as razor wire.
Razors have a more intimidating appearance than barbed wire, which adds to the deterrent effect.
Razor barbed wire is more difficult to install because it requires professional assistance to install sharp barbs that do not bend easily. Barbed wire is much easier, as only fencing, wire and spikes are needed to establish it.
Maintenance of razor barbed wire is easier because the fence does not wear out easily if established properly. But razor blades are more difficult to repair and maintain because of the higher strain.
Because razors are more specialized and use higher quality materials, they cost more than barbed wire.
